Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising charge your card directly for media spend. Sparkweb does not mark up or pass through ad spend.
Only your management subscription (and any approved one‑offs). This is billed via Stripe/Revolut (card/ACH) with Autopay.
For PCI and platform compliance, you must add your payment method directly inside Google/Microsoft. We’ll send secure links or guide you live, but we won’t collect raw card numbers for platform billing.
Yes. We use processor‑hosted ACH/SEPA mandates. No bank details are typed into WordPress.
We’ll adjust platform caps and pacing. Your management tier may change if scope/budget materially increases (we’ll confirm first).
Yes — ad accounts are in your name. You retain access and ownership.
Media spend paid to platforms is non‑refundable. Management fees follow the terms in your Sparkweb agreement.
